Road to Guadalupe es un videoblog que trata de cómo Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe (La Virgen) se involucra en las vidas de Mexicanas y Chicanas tanto en los EE.UU. como en México. En la primavera de 2008, la creadora, Ashley Pinedo, viajó por varios sitios del sudoeste de los Estados Unidos y de México, entrevistando a mujeres Chicanas y Mexicanas acerca del papel variado que tiene La Virgen en sus vidas. Cada semana, se presentó un video corto con estas entrevistas. El viaje culminó en el cerrito de Tepeyac en México, el sitio de la aparición de La Virgen de Guadalupe ante Juan Diego en 1531.
Road to Guadalupe is a videoblog exploring how Our Lady of Guadalupe (AKA La Virgen) impacts the lives of Mexicanas and Chicanas in both the U.S. and México. In the Spring of 2008, the creator, Ashley Pinedo, travelled through various parts of the U.S. Southwest and of México, interviewing Mexicana and Chicana women about the varied role the Virgen plays in their lives. Each week, a short video featuring these interviews was posted on this site. The journey culminated at the hill of Tepeyac in México, the site of La Virgen's apparition to Juan Diego in 1531.
